Teaching in Undergraduate and graduate courses

I am a lecturer in various courses offered at the Department of Wildlife, Fish, and Environmental Studies at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU, Umeå). In particular, I teach the following topics:

  • Behavioural ecology in BI1434 Forest Ecology and Conservation Biology

  • Animal behaviour in BI1415 Ecological Zoology and Entomology

  • Microsatellite genotyping and parentage analysis in BI1449 Conservation genetics

  • Invasive species biology in BI1301 Applied Population Ecology

Supervision of Undergraduate and graduate students

I’m always looking for new students to join our group. To me, the most important thing is that you are excited about your research! I therefore work with students to tailor thesis projects according to their interests (within the limits of our resources obvs.). This means that projects can range from lab, field, or computational work, but they all revolve around topics in reproductive and social ecology.
